2 YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY
Made in America, all our Products are constructed using the finest Quality Components which are tested before shipping to ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction. With a 20 year history of near faultless manufacturing, each Product is covered by our “No Quibble” Express Warranty for 2 years and is unconditionally warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Any Product reported as defective must in all cases be returned for examination together with a Copy of the original Invoice/Receipt. If not returned, the Company maintains the right to refuse Warranty consideration.
It is the responsibility of the User in the first instance to notify the Seller that a Product needs replacing, so that an RMA # is obtained from them, together with the repair Address where the unit is to be sent.
In all cases Faulty Units must be returned freight paid with the RMA clearly shown on the outside of the packet regardless of the Warranty Status, It should also include the problem encountered and their return Address. This express warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express, implied or statutory, including without limitation, any warranty of fitness or merchantability.
The sole liability of the manufacturer under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product. This warranty shall not apply to any other product that has been used in conjunction with products not made by Nigel B Design, Inc. In no event shall Nigel B Design, Inc. be liable for special or consequential damages to any buyer, user or other person.
